We traveled many many miles for the Lord and we loved it. We all had an incredible bond. We met many people along the way that made a real impact on our lives. We witnessed many people come to the Lord, two of them were our own Uncle's in South Carolina who were well up in years. Praise The Lord for how he used us for His glory.
We also developed close bonds with so many groups. People that you can count on for anything. I remember one event very well. As we were coming home from an out of state singing, our bus broke down just outside of South Carolina. We called Lisa and Kent Carter (Southern Grace). They brought their bus and rescued all of us. "HELLO!" that's amazing! I think we got home around 3 or 4 in the morning. Thanks Lisa and Kent! We had many great experiences with that group. God is good.....All The Time! We went through sorrows, too. Alan Sanders wife, Theresa, came down with cancer and passed away during our singing days. We dedicated our final CD, "Serenaded By Angels," to her. Around 1998, I decided to retire and stay home with Josh (our son). He traveled with us until he entered high school. After that, I didn't want him home alone when we were gone. Keith Davis took my place in the group. The group continued on for a few more years then decided to retire, too. I want to thank EVERYONE that supported us in every way. God bless and keep you all.
